The Casa Hermes Foundation would like to thank the Vice-President of Turismo Centro de Portugal, Dr. Anabela Freitas, for her visit.
In addition to the comprehensive presentation of the Casa Hermes Foundation project and its strategic pillars, the visit also included Skope – the future Museum of Medicine and Health, which originated from the collection of medical instruments and objects of the Aveiro doctor Hermes de Oliveira Castanhas and his private museum, also in Aveiro, the Casa-Museu Dr. Hermes, created in the 1990s.
The new Museum, in addition to covering the theme of History and Medicine, will be a health education center, which aims to share knowledge and promote healthy and sustainable behaviors.
