The Casa Hermes Foundation presents the educational programme ‘Protecting Yourself is in Your Hands’, aimed at secondary school and professional course students, with activities held at Skope – Museum of Medicine and Health, in Aveiro.
This initiative aims to promote sexual health literacy, reinforcing knowledge about sexually transmitted infections (STIs), how to prevent them and the importance of making conscious and responsible choices.
The sessions are run in collaboration with medical specialists and health professionals, ensuring accurate information and a space for open, positive and accessible dialogue.
Thanks to the support of private companies committed to the mission of health education, it is possible to ensure that some activities are free of charge, allowing more students to participate and have access to information and scientific training on STIs.
