The Casa Hermes Foundation hosted the final session of the “Leadership and Team Motivation” training course, run by Grestel, a Founding Member of the FCH.
This training programme provided a space for growth and sharing, focusing on the development of leadership, communication and team motivation skills. Throughout the sessions, participants reflected on management practices and worked to strengthen more collaborative, mindful and effective working dynamics.
